FAQs
How many batteries can I connect at most?
For the safety of users and batteries, we recommend that a maximum of 4 batteries be connected in series or in parallel.
How waterproof is the battery?
Our batteries have passed the IP65 test and are dust and water resistant. It will not affect battery usage when you leave it outdoors or experience rainy weather.
However, it should be noted that the battery terminals are exposed. During use, be careful not to touch the battery terminals with water, otherwise the battery may be short-circuited.
Can I connect other brands of LFP batteries in series and parallel with yours?
We do not recommend that you do this. If you want to connect LFP batteries of different capacities or brands, this is a very unsafe choice. There are two main reasons:
1.Batteries of different capacities have different currents and voltage. The current of 100Ah is twice that of the simultaneous charge and discharge of 50Ah.
2.BMS systems with different performance may be used between different brands, and they cannot be 100% compatible with each other.
The battery itself is very heavy, will it be easily damaged during transportation?
We are very concerned about the quality of our products when they are delivered to our customers. Before shipping, we will conduct a detailed inspection of the battery; after confirming that the battery is in good condition, it will be carefully packaged. We want the battery to be exactly the same when it leaves the factory as it arrives in your hand.
Can the battery be charged and discharged at low temperature?
Our LFP batteries can be used in low temperature environments(below 0℃), but we do not recommend charging the batteries at low temperatures.
Because the battery is charged in a low temperature environment, the charging current becomes very small. When charged and discharged in this state, the battery performance may be degraded, and the battery may fail to operate normally.
The optimal operating temperature we recommend for the battery is:
①Charged temperature: 0℃-50℃
②Discharged temperature: -20℃-60℃
